Deposits

Deposit to book is $100.

Deposit will be charged through the booking link and will be applied to the final balance.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Chad Rees Art offers 3 different sessions. $300 for 1-2 hours. $500 for 3-4 hours. $900 for 6-8 hours.

The deposit will be applied toward the final session balance.

All balances are payable in cash unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Any MAJOR design changes requested after agreement will be subject to a $100 convenience fee, as well as potential rescheduling of the appointment.

Any major design change may increase the originally discussed final price.

Major design changes include: complete redesign, request for different placement, different subject matter.

Subtle background or secondary imagery may constitute a major change, depending on the request.

Rescheduling and Refund Policies

Deposits are non-refundable! There will be NO refunds under any circumstances.

Appointments missed without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within three days of the appointment will also forfeit the deposit, unless special circumstances apply. Clear and timely communication may allow the deposit to be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

Chad Rees Art is committed to accommodating clients whenever possible. Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment depending on the specific circumstances.

Convenience fees will be due IN CASH at the start of the appointment
